Victoria K. Biddle

Victoria Biddle is the founder of Digiscura, bringing over 20 years of expertise in producing media installations in the built environment that include museum exhibits, corporate customer centers and entertainment attractions around the world.

Victoria's expertise is the seamless integration of the digital footprint with the architectural environment. Notable recent projects include the Boeing Customer Center in Miami, the Game of Thrones Studio Tour in Northern Ireland and the Huhugam Heritage Center in Phoenix AZ.

Victoria holds a B. of Architecture frowm Pratt Institute in New York, her multidisciplinary background offers unique insight into innovation for media installations in the built environment.

Software Engineer / 3D Artist

Joshua Knoebel

Josh is an interactive software developer with expertise in designing, prototyping, and programming with real-time 3D engines and platforms, including Unity, Unreal and other Open Frameworks.

His experience at Digiscura includes building interactive software and CMS systems for the Web, Windows, Android and iOS platforms. Josh has worked extensively with the integration of rich media assets, multi-touch input devices, Kinect and other motion detection devices. Josh has a unique sensibility for UX design and implementation resulting in exceptional user experience. Josh has been an integral member of the Digiscura team for over a decade.

Exhibit Designer / Fabricator

Rich Dottinger

Rich Dottinger is the founder of DDI, our trusted partner for Exhibit Design, Architectural Coordination and Fabrication Services.

Rich has worked in close collaboration with Digiscura for 20 years, delivering turn-key solutions for Customer Experience Centers and Museum Exhibits around the world.

DDI is a design/fabrication company that has been building and installing exhibits for Fortune 500 Companies and Museums for over 40 years.

Director / Editor

Tempe Hale

Tempe Hale is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker with over 15 years of experience as a director, editor, and animator. Tempe has directed both cultural and corporate films in collaboration with Digiscura. Her work includes several Native Cultural History Museum films that blend animations, archival content, and documentary filmmaking as well as corporate films for installations in experience centers and commercial use.

Her most recent work includes a documentary film that is permanently on view at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. In 2020, Hale was named a Sundance Film Institute Filmmaker Fellow. She holds an MFA in Animation from the California Institute of the Arts.
